James Gunn is the writer and director of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy films and
is now the head honcho at DC Comics studios. Look for a huge improvement
in DC movies including the new Superman film directed by James Gunn.

Located at Garrison Elementary School, Washington, D.C., the 99 F [37.7 C] degree heat, around
the end of June, was just too much for this 3000 lb [1360 kg] wax sculpture of President Lincoln.
Doc: "Being as I've carried mail in those temperatures, I know exactly how he feels."
Thanx to Renee for sending me this link to an article on

Ever: "Wait....it's not very round...lol. It may be stupid (likely is) but I never
expected to see a moon that isn't round like a planet."
Doc: "Depending upon the material that a space object collects, it doesn't become spherical
till it gets to about 1000 km in diameter. Then gravity begins to take over and rounds things out.
Phobos is only 26.8 km by 22.4 km by 18.2 km (about 16.7 miles by 13.9 miles by 11.3 miles)"

Hiking: "I have visited the Sequoia National Park....and seen this tree.
The General Sherman is absolutely breath taking! Actually, the shear
size of all the trees here humble you. If you have not seen this
tree in person, it is worth putting on your bucket list!"
Sunny: "I have seen this tree!"
Kris: "September 16, 2021, the tree was threatened by the KNP Complex Fire
in Sequoia National Park. Park and firefighting personnel wrapped the tree's
base in a protective foil usually used on structures in case the wildfire
approached the General Sherman Tree - which, in the end, was left unharmed.
Foil saved this tree! It is grand, beautiful and strong. See it someday if you can!"
Hiking: "Foil, not just for TV antennas!
Kudos to all those amazing firefighting personnel."
Bluz: "The scale of it is unbelievable"
